On each client/seat computer:

1.)

Navigate to the Microsoft.Net directory  

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322

2.)

Start the .net configuration 1.1 console by double clicking on mscorcfg.msc.

3.)

Navigate to:

     Runtime Security Policy

         Machine

               Code Groups

                    All Code

                         LocalIntranet Zone

4.)

Right Click on LocalIntranet Zone and click New

5.)

Select Create a New Code Group and enter WGD2004 for the name, click Next.

6.)

Choose URL for the condition type, then type File://<servername>/* in the URL textbox where <ServerName> is the name or IP address of the server that WGD2004 was installed on. Click Next

7.)

Select Use existing permission set, then chose Full Trust. Click Next then Click Finish
