Q: What system of units does the program use to perform the
calculations?
A: The program operates in either US standard (in., psf...) or SI
(mm, kPa...). Additionally the user can toggle between the two
systems of units at any time during a design.

Q: What is a Short Duration Load?
A: A Short Duration Load is a load which acts on the window for 60
seconds or less. A wind load would be an example of a Short
Duration Load.

A: A Long Duration Load is a load which acts on the window for
longer than 30 days. A snow load would be an example of a Long
Duration Load.
